Supply Chain Business Analyst

This position serves as a bridge between Service Supply Chain operations, reporting infrastructure, and enterprise data systems. The analyst owns the primary reporting model, maintains Power BI dashboards, uses SQL and multiple data sources to investigate customer experience trends, and helps define meaningful performance indicators. The role also involves supporting SAP S/4HANA capabilities and developing expertise in areas such as availability planning, entitlement management, and asset management. It suits an independent, organized problem-solver who can manage ambiguous assignments, communicate effectively with technical and business audiences, and adopt tools such as AI to improve analysis. Experience in supply chain, logistics, service operations, spare parts, or aftermarket environments would be especially relevant.
