Security Governance, Strategy & Programs Manager

This role supports the Global Corporate Physical Security function by turning security priorities into organized plans, policies, workflows, metrics, and accountable follow-through. It manages cross-functional projects and special initiatives, coordinates stakeholders, tracks risks and actions, and helps implement new security capabilities. The position also develops dashboards, briefing materials, analytics, and executive-level recommendations using tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. Additional work may involve audits, intelligence activities, government or law-enforcement coordination, and critical-infrastructure partnerships. It suits an experienced security, program management, operations, or analytics professional who is organized, self-directed, comfortable with sensitive information, and able to work across senior leadership and operational teams.
