Facility Manager

The manager directs daily facility operations across electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, automation, cabling, and security infrastructure. They coordinate with operations, sales, security, implementation teams, customers, and contractors to address incidents, maintain service commitments, and support new deployments. The position also owns capacity planning, asset tracking, environmental monitoring, procedures, training, maintenance schedules, and facility-related vendor services. It suits an experienced data center or critical-environment professional with strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication skills. The role requires participation in a continuous 24/7/365 coverage rotation and flexibility to work extended onsite hours during emergencies.
