Senior Facility Manager

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the Senior Facility Manager leads regional data center operations and coordinates internal teams, contractors, vendors, and the third-party JLL provider. The position is responsible for maintaining reliable infrastructure, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, directing incident response, tracking capacity and assets, and ensuring operational procedures remain current. It also serves as a key customer contact for orders, build-outs, audits, facility tours, and day-to-day issue resolution. The manager oversees project execution, reporting, compliance, business continuity, budgets, and capital planning while partnering with departments such as Finance, Security, Compliance, and EH&S. This role suits an experienced critical-infrastructure or data center leader who is organized, customer-focused, comfortable managing teams and competing priorities, and available for travel and emergency or after-hours support.
