Senior Marketing Designer

The designer will shape Axon’s visual presence across campaigns, product launches, social channels, executive communications, trade shows, and live experiences. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, this person will develop scalable visual systems, guide motion and multimedia partners, and ensure consistent execution across physical and digital formats. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, sales, communications, event, and video teams while also offering opportunities to lead projects and strengthen team capabilities. It suits an experienced art director or senior designer who brings strong conceptual thinking, production judgment, presentation skills, and comfort working independently or from direction. Candidates should be interested in using emerging AI tools to improve creative exploration while maintaining high standards of craft and brand consistency.
