IT Support IV, Manufacturing Operations (Onsite)

This position serves as the senior IT escalation resource for Axon’s Pinnacle Peak manufacturing and warehouse facility, supporting production workstations, printers, mobile devices, shipping stations, and specialized equipment. The role responds to urgent operational outages, manages device deployment and maintenance, and provides initial troubleshooting for connectivity and identity-related issues. It partners with Manufacturing Engineering and other business and technology teams on new production lines, facility projects, onboarding workflows, security practices, and scalable support initiatives. The position also contributes to incident reporting, documentation, automation, inventory management, and peer mentoring without having direct reports. It would suit an experienced enterprise support specialist who is comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, uptime-sensitive environment and has strong troubleshooting, ITSM, endpoint-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
