This position belongs to RTX’s lean transformation function and partners with factory leadership, manufacturing teams, support organizations, and hourly employees. The successful candidate will redesign work cells, lead workshops on standard work and production logistics, conduct value-stream mapping, and support organizational goal-alignment efforts. They will manage improvement projects, diagnose the causes of schedule and cost problems, and build business cases demonstrating measurable returns. The role may involve travel of up to 50 percent when not assigned primarily to a Raytheon site. It suits an experienced manufacturing or engineering professional who can influence teams, communicate effectively, and apply lean methods in a government-contractor environment. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
