Principal Electrical Engineer - Production Hardware
This position sits within Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems organization in Tucson and supports the delivery and sustainment of airborne electrical products. The engineer will lead technical efforts involving digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal hardware, including circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, quality, supply chain, and other engineering teams to investigate failures, resolve production issues, and improve manufacturing yield. The role also includes technical planning, reporting, cost and schedule oversight, integration and test support, and guidance for engineering changes. It suits an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, leading investigations, and providing independent technical direction within a collaborative defense environment.
