Trade Classification Lead

This position sits within KLA’s Legal Compliance Organization and leads technical analysis for export and import classification across the product lifecycle. It evaluates engineering materials, product capabilities, encryption features, and end-use information to assign ECCN and HTS classifications and guide licensing decisions. The role also improves classification processes, supports global trade technology and system integrations, and helps automate compliance controls and reporting. It provides training and practical guidance to teams across the company while partnering with engineering, IT, product management, supply chain, and legal stakeholders. It suits an experienced trade compliance or regulatory professional with strong technical interpretation skills and familiarity with complex global technology or manufacturing environments.
