Manager, Procurement

This position manages high-value procurement and subcontract activities supporting U.S. government and commercial contracts. Working within the Operations and Supply Chain organization, the manager partners with program teams and suppliers to resolve issues, negotiate agreements, assess risks, and maintain performance against cost, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include issuing solicitations, conducting price and proposal analyses, administering varied contract types, and supporting supply chain reviews and performance metrics. The role also contributes to strategic sourcing, supplier relationship development, and peer training while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and company policies. It suits an experienced procurement or supply chain professional who is comfortable handling complex defense acquisitions, collaborating across functions, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
