Manufacturing Technician

This onsite production role supports the fabrication and assembly of complex aerospace and defense hardware, including electronic, electromechanical, optical, mechanical, and composite components. Technicians follow drawings, schematics, work instructions, and process requirements while performing assembly, wiring, soldering, surface preparation, coating, bonding, inspection, and rework. The position may also involve operating specialized machinery, conducting electrical and mechanical checks, and building prototype hardware for engineering programs. It is suited to candidates with practical manufacturing, industrial, trade, or assembly experience who are comfortable with precision work and varying shifts. Applicants must meet testing and visual requirements, be U.S. citizens, and qualify for required security and ATF clearances.

High school diploma or GEDAt least one year of relevant manufacturing, industrial, operational, or trade experience, or qualifying Pima Community College courseworkExperience following schematics, drawings, or work instructionsBasic soldering or electronic/electromechanical assembly experienceAbility to work any designated shift, including overnightU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret and ATF clearances
