Payroll Analyst Contractor

This contractor will join onsemi’s payroll function at its Scottsdale headquarters and help manage payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include validating payroll data, resolving employee and internal partner inquiries, reconciling payroll and general ledger records, and supporting tax, audit, and year-end activities. The analyst will also help maintain payroll systems, test enhancements, document procedures, and contribute to implementations and process improvement projects. Success requires close collaboration with HR, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, and external vendors while protecting sensitive payroll information.
