Sr. MTS, Power Module Design

This position sits within onsemi’s Power Solutions Group and focuses on developing advanced power modules using SiC and related semiconductor technologies. The successful candidate will define module platforms, guide ECAD and MCAD-based design work, assess technical risks, and oversee products through qualification and release. They will lead international teams, apply design and process quality methods, and work directly with customers to solve technical issues and support product adoption. The role is suited to an experienced power electronics professional who can make decisive engineering choices, communicate effectively, and provide strong technical direction as a senior individual contributor. The position may be based in Scottsdale, San Jose, or Livonia.
