Sr. MTS, Power Module Design

This position sits within onsemi’s Power Solutions Group and focuses on developing advanced power module platforms rather than standalone semiconductor components. The successful candidate will guide architecture, predictive design, risk assessment, qualification, and product release while using electrical and mechanical simulation tools. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, contribute to DFMEA, PFMEA, and design-for-quality activities, and work directly with customers to resolve technical issues and support design wins. The role is suited to an experienced power electronics professional who combines deep module development expertise with decisive technical leadership and strong communication. It is a senior individual-contributor opportunity based in Scottsdale, San Jose, or Livonia.
