Sr. Manager Global Fixed Assets

This position owns the accounting and reporting framework for a complex global fixed asset portfolio, including capital projects, depreciation, impairments, transfers, retirements, and construction in progress. It leads close activities, policy interpretation, SOX controls, audit support, and compliance with U.S. GAAP while advising finance and operational partners on capital investments and asset utilization. The manager oversees fixed asset professionals in the Philippines and works with accounting, manufacturing finance, tax, audit, shared services, and IT teams worldwide. A major focus is improving standardization, workflow efficiency, Oracle Fusion capabilities, and the practical use of AI and automation. The role suits a technically strong accounting leader with multinational, public-company, and asset-intensive business experience who enjoys developing teams and modernizing finance operations.
