Americas Transportation Manager

This position sits within the Supply Chain Logistics organization and serves as the main transportation partner for onsemi sites across the Americas. The manager coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, resolves delays and customs or capacity issues, oversees carrier performance and freight payment activities, and supports critical customer and manufacturing needs. The role also drives logistics improvements, reporting, system adoption, and contingency planning during disruptions. It includes leading and developing logistics staff while collaborating with manufacturing, planning, procurement, customer service, warehouse, trade compliance, and external providers. It would suit an experienced transportation or supply chain leader who is comfortable making decisions under pressure and balancing immediate operational demands with longer-term process enhancement.
