Workforce Development Program Manager
This manager designs, launches, and continuously improves workforce development programs supporting TSMC Arizona’s growing semiconductor workforce. The position works across internal business groups, educational and community organizations, government representatives, and other strategic partners to keep initiatives aligned and well executed. Responsibilities include supervising coordinators, supporting mentors and participants, monitoring budgets and performance metrics, preparing required reports, and developing program guides and standardized procedures. The role also represents TSMC at outreach events and helps ensure program practices meet employment-law and organizational requirements. It suits an experienced program or project leader with a background in human resources, recruiting, training, education, or learning and development who is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives in a changing environment.
