Fixed Term Contractor - Cost Control Specialist - New FAB Design Department

This position supports the financial and administrative control of construction or semiconductor projects for TSMC Arizona’s F21 FAB initiative. The specialist will coordinate bid activities, prepare estimates and benchmarks, monitor project spending, and produce forecasts and progress reports. The role also involves Excel-based data analysis, documentation support, scheduling coordination, and general project administration. It is suited to a detail-oriented professional with a relevant bachelor’s degree who is comfortable working with cost data and cross-functional teams. Candidates should be able to communicate in both English and Chinese and work on-site in Phoenix for the 12-month assignment.
