Associate Director, Digital/IT Business Architecture, FEOTB, Remote

This leader will help define how Raytheon’s manufacturing organization modernizes legacy processes, adopts automation, and supports continuous operations. The position sits within the Front End of the Business and Architecture function and partners with enterprise architects to connect business priorities to technical capabilities. Responsibilities include modeling capabilities and value streams, resolving ambiguous business challenges, and contributing to transformation roadmaps and portfolio decisions. The role is well suited to an experienced business or enterprise architect who understands large-scale manufacturing, secure environments, and the relationship between operational processes and technology. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and substantial relevant experience.
