Sr HSE Manager

This role directs the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of HSE programs across the organization. The manager leads a team of HSE engineers and specialists, manages resources and budgets, and ensures that permits, regulations, audits, emergency preparedness, and operating standards are effectively maintained. The position also supports environmental responsibility by reducing operational impacts and promoting sustainable practices. Success requires close collaboration with business leaders, internal departments, regulators, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE into everyday processes. It is well suited to an experienced HSE leader who combines technical knowledge with strategic judgment, communication skills, and the ability to develop and motivate teams.
