Senior IT Analyst - Order Management

This position belongs to a cross-functional SAP deployment and support team focused on Order Management activities such as customer data, pricing, quotations, orders, billing, returns, and CRM. The analyst will assess regional business needs, identify process gaps, coordinate testing and data migration, train users, and promote consistent adoption of the global SAP design. For live sites, the role provides troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, enhancement support, and collaboration with superusers and business leadership. It also represents IT on broader transformation projects, coordinating changes across processes, systems, and data. The role suits an experienced ERP professional who can manage multiple stakeholders in a global matrix environment, communicate clearly, work hands-on in SAP, and travel periodically to support deployments.
