Solutions Director, Power & Energy

This leader identifies market opportunities and customer needs, then combines offerings from multiple Honeywell businesses into compelling, scalable solutions. The role guides segmentation, value propositions, pricing, product roadmaps, launch planning, and sales pipeline development for multiple campaigns each year. Working across product, engineering, technology, sales, regional, and executive teams, the director must create alignment and influence decisions within a matrixed organization without direct authority. The position reports to the Energy Control and Management Vertical Leader and is suited to an experienced power and energy professional with strong commercial judgment and technical credibility. Candidates should be comfortable translating complex industrial capabilities into customer-facing offerings and driving measurable growth in revenue and margin.
