Shipboard Missiles SSBU Capture Director
The Director of Capture Management oversees a portfolio of complex Shipboard Missiles pursuits from early customer shaping through proposal submission and program startup. They work with Navy and allied customers, senior Raytheon leadership, internal business functions, and external partners to understand mission needs, develop persuasive win strategies, and manage capture investments. The position leads multidisciplinary teams, competitive assessments, customer mapping, reviews, pricing input, proposal contributions, and risk mitigation under RTX’s lifecycle governance process. It also requires maintaining accurate pipeline information and briefing executives on progress, funding, risks, and positioning. This role suits an experienced aerospace and defense capture leader who can manage pursuits exceeding $500 million, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a security-cleared environment with substantial travel.
