Material Program Manager - Top Secret Clearance Required

This onsite position owns material and supply chain performance across a complex, multi-phase defense program from early business development through contract completion. The manager develops material strategies and plans, guides procurement and supplier decisions, oversees subcontract and supplier delivery, and helps resolve cost, schedule, quality, and production risks. Working within a matrixed Advanced Technology organization, the role partners closely with program leadership and functional teams while managing forecasts, earned value, budgets, material sales, and other financial measures. It also involves supplier negotiations, compliance with government and customer requirements, and coordination across programs to improve execution. The position suits an experienced supply chain, procurement, subcontract, or program management professional who can influence stakeholders, operate in changing environments, and hold an active Top Secret U.S. clearance.

Requirements

Active, transferable Top Secret U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenshipBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ yearsExperience in supply chain, procurement, program management, MRP, cost estimating, or financeSupplier or subcontract management experienceExperience with program financials, risk management, and material planningAbility to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona and travel approximately 10%
