Lead Material Program Manager

The Senior Material Program Manager leads the supply chain portion of assigned programs and serves as the primary connection between program managers, integrated product teams, functional leaders, and the broader supply chain organization. This position owns material strategies and plans, influences program objectives and budgets, and oversees reviews involving estimates, risks, engineering decisions, proposals, and supplier communications. The manager also develops team capability through staffing, training, and talent management while resolving supplier and material challenges across functions. Regular reporting to multiple levels of leadership and up to 25% domestic and international travel are expected. The role suits an experienced aerospace or defense supply chain leader who can combine strategic planning, hands-on execution, financial judgment, and cross-functional influence.
