Senior Program Quality Engineer

This engineer will develop and execute quality and mission assurance strategies that guide program execution and ensure requirements are reflected in proposals, designs, manufacturing, and testing. They will collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders while leading root-cause investigations, corrective actions, FRACAS activities, and cost-of-quality improvements. The position also supports APQP, technical data reviews, configuration control, and interpretation of drawings and contractual requirements. It suits an experienced quality, manufacturing, or systems professional who can influence across organizational levels and solve ambiguous problems in a regulated aerospace environment. The role is performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona, and requires an active U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of quality management, QA, engineering, or manufacturing experienceProficiency with Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9102 standardsDemonstrated leadership in failure analysis, root cause corrective actions, and preventative action processesAbility to interpret technical drawings and conduct technical data package reviewsActive and transferable DoD Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenshipStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
