Principal Program Controls Analyst - AIM-9X Dev & Integ

The Principal Program Controls Analyst provides financial oversight and earned value management support for Raytheon's AIM-9X missile development portfolio within the Naval Air Missiles Business Unit. Key responsibilities include managing estimates at completion, leading monthly financial earned value processes, preparing customer financial data packages, analyzing manpower and material variances, and monitoring contract funding and invoicing. This position requires close collaboration with Control Account Managers, Integrated Product Teams, program leadership, and government customers in a high-visibility role that directly impacts strategic missile capability development. The role suits experienced financial analysts with strong analytical skills, SAP/APEX system knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced defense contracting environment. You'll develop expertise in earned value management tools while supporting cutting-edge missile technology programs that are regularly reviewed by senior leadership.
