Procurement Specialist

This remote procurement position supports Raytheon’s defense-focused supply chain and subcontracting operations. The specialist will handle supplier negotiations, sourcing analysis, Statements of Work, agreements, proposal documentation, and post-award performance management. Success requires applying FAR, DFARS, ITAR, export/import, and company requirements throughout procurement activities. The role suits a procurement professional who can balance strategic supplier planning with detailed daily execution in a regulated environment. Strong communication, judgment, organization, and collaboration skills are important for working with suppliers, program teams, senior leaders, Legal, and EXIM.
