SM-6 IAU Transition To Production RRMIF Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
The IPTL oversees the engineering activities needed to prepare SM-6 IAU systems and production equipment for manufacturing at the Redstone Raytheon Missile Integration Facility. This person partners with program and chief engineering leadership and coordinates systems, software, firmware, test, manufacturing, and other functional organizations. Responsibilities include managing risks, integrating hardware and software, supporting change boards and proposals, and tracking progress against a multiyear production-growth strategy. The position also involves staffing and guiding the team, communicating with stakeholders, and removing obstacles that could affect delivery. It suits an experienced engineering or technical program leader who has managed complex, multidisciplinary system-integration efforts and holds an active Secret clearance.
