Naval Air Missiles FP&A Lead
This position leads the FP&A rhythm for RTX’s Naval Air Missiles portfolio, supporting a business with substantial sales and complex program financial requirements. Key responsibilities include forecasting, cash collection, balance sheet management, investment oversight, monthly close reporting, and long-range planning. The analyst will monitor bookings, sales, earnings, cost elements, and related financial measures while identifying risks, opportunities, and data discrepancies. Success depends on close collaboration with program management, engineering, supply chain, contracts, and operations teams in a matrixed environment. It suits an experienced defense or aerospace finance professional who is analytical, communicative, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and interested in developing people and improving processes.
