This position works within Raytheon’s multidisciplinary Hardware-in-the-Loop organization, which builds and operates missile flight-test simulation environments before live flight testing. The integrator collaborates with engineers across hardware, software, firmware, electrical, RF, and networking disciplines to assemble, integrate, operate, and sustain developmental test systems. Responsibilities include presenting system signals, diagnosing failures, using laboratory test equipment, and documenting technical findings throughout the development lifecycle. The role suits an experienced systems or test engineer who is comfortable troubleshooting complex integrated environments and translating requirements into measurable outcomes. Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for a DoD Secret clearance and able to work onsite in Tucson.

Requirements

STEM degree with minimum 5 years of relevant systems integration experienceHands-on integration experience with hardware, software, and firmware including schematic readingProficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generatorsActive and transferable DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance before startU.S. citizenship requiredStrong technical documentation, communication, and cross-disciplinary teamwork skills
