The Principal Electrical Engineer - Test leads the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate's efforts to develop comprehensive test solutions across Raytheon's product portfolio. This role involves designing electrical interfaces, integrating test instruments, and creating both engineering and production test systems through hands-on work with advanced technology and tools. The engineer will oversee the complete development lifecycle of test products, from schematic and circuit design through implementation, while independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years experienceActive and transferable DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredElectrical engineering design expertise including troubleshooting, analysis, and testProficiency with design tools (Altium, DX Designer, Creo Schematic) and test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers)Ability to provide technical leadership in multidiscipline team environmentsExperience with analog, digital, and RF design plus system interconnect integration
