Senior Systems Engineering Section Leader (M5)

This leader will manage a section of systems engineers while partnering with program leadership to assess staffing needs, coordinate assignments, and support hiring activities. Technical responsibilities include maintaining requirements, modeling systems and development processes in Cameo, supporting failure investigations, conducting trade studies, and analyzing complex hardware, software, and system issues. The position also contributes to integration and test efforts and helps build an effective, collaborative engineering organization. It suits an experienced systems engineer with strong leadership, communication, workforce planning, and matrix-management skills. The position is based onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
