Product Test Specialist

This position supports RTX production operations by planning and conducting functional, environmental, operational, and specialized tests on hardware and subsystems. The specialist interprets engineering and military requirements, sets up test equipment, identifies malfunctions, recommends rework, and makes needed adjustments or repairs. Work may involve production, prototype, and experimental items across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems, sometimes with limited instructions. The role is onsite, union-represented, and may require work on any assigned shift, including overnight schedules. It is suited to a technically trained test or manufacturing professional who enjoys hands-on diagnostics and can qualify for the required U.S. government and ATF clearances.

High school diploma or GED with 3 years functional testing experience, OR AAS in electronics technologyAbility to interpret engineering, military, and manufacturing specificationsExperience fabricating, assembling, diagnosing, and troubleshooting production itemsActive or obtainable DoD Secret level security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain ATF clearanceWillingness to work any designated shift including overnight
