Senior Process Engineer, Productivity

This engineer serves as the system-level productivity expert for new and existing products deployed at customer sites. They lead investigations into issues such as defects, tool matching, availability, and throughput, while guiding product designs around customer process requirements. The position involves planning and analyzing experiments with DOE and RSM, qualifying processes through extended testing, and developing improvement plans based on data and direct equipment work. The engineer partners with hardware, controls, software, process, product support, and field teams to transfer solutions and maintain best practices throughout the product lifecycle. It suits a technically curious engineer with graduate-level training, hands-on hardware experience, strong root-cause skills, clear communication, and willingness to travel 25–50%.
