Supply Chain Analyst

This position analyzes escalation demand, backlog, fulfillment, lead times, inventory constraints, and related service data to uncover operational risks and improvement opportunities. It belongs to KLA Services and works closely with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to resolve supply chain problems and implement better workflows. The analyst will lead or support initiatives involving process standardization, automation, root-cause analysis, and improved KPI visibility. The role also contributes to SAP S/4HANA transformation efforts by documenting requirements, process flows, and reporting needs. It is well suited to a detail-focused, analytical professional with supply chain or logistics experience who can communicate effectively across functions and use reporting tools to drive practical improvements.
