The CGO Execution Principal Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner within Raytheon's Capacity Growth Office, overseeing financial management of defense production capacity investments exceeding $10 billion over five years. The role involves maintaining earned value management systems, developing quarterly cost forecasts, analyzing spending trends, and communicating financial insights to engineering, supply chain, and operations teams. This position suits analytical professionals with strong financial acumen who can independently manage complex project economics, work across multiple business functions, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership on critical national defense priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant financial/project management experience, or Advanced degree with 3+ years experienceExperience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) baselining, implementation, and maintenanceProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work across functional disciplinesExperience with SAP systems and Raytheon Program Management toolsU.S. citizenship required for contract access
