Principal Navigation/IMU Engineer
This engineer will work within the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems organization to develop and support navigation subsystems that use IMUs, GPS, onboard computers, and related sensors. Responsibilities include defining requirements and test plans, evaluating IMU performance, conducting hardware integration and testing, analyzing failures, reviewing designs, and communicating technical status to leadership and customers. The position requires independent execution across multiple programs while contributing as a subject matter expert within integrated product teams. It is well suited to an experienced electrical, systems, or navigation engineer with defense or missile-system experience and an interest in advancing toward guidance architecture leadership. The role is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
