Sr Systems Engineer - Test Director

This position is part of RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Center supporting effectors and U.S. government contracts. The successful candidate will develop test procedures, manage integration and qualification efforts, oversee test demonstrations, and provide dependable results to program decision-makers. They will also prepare review documentation, resolve technical issues, analyze test data, and serve as a key connection among test personnel, customers, and program leadership. The role is well suited to an experienced systems or test engineer who can lead complex activities in both laboratory and field environments. It requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and occasional travel for field testing.
