Manager, Procurment

This position manages high-value, technically complex purchasing activities supporting Raytheon’s defense programs and supply chain operations. The role oversees requests for quotes and proposals, evaluates supplier cost and technical submissions, negotiates commercial terms, places purchase orders, and tracks supplier progress against program milestones. It also involves monitoring cost, schedule, delivery, and performance metrics while resolving supplier or internal customer issues and developing corrective actions. The manager will work closely with suppliers, program teams, legal, finance, business leadership, and other stakeholders, with occasional travel to company and supplier sites. It would suit an experienced procurement or supply chain professional who is comfortable with defense contracting requirements, complex negotiations, analytical problem-solving, and a fast-changing workload.
