As part of RTX’s Naval Power Finance Organization, the analyst supports the financial management of Tomahawk capacity and acceleration programs, including equipment upgrades, supplier investments, capital projects, and redesign efforts. The work involves building financial models, coordinating estimates and forecasts, analyzing performance trends, processing budget changes, and preparing customer and leadership reporting. The position collaborates with program, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams across multiple contracts. It suits an analytical finance professional who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable improving processes, and able to communicate financial conclusions to leadership. Experience with defense program finance, earned value practices, and RTX financial systems would be advantageous.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business, or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, or process improvementAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and chartsU.S. citizenship requiredStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with APEX, PRISM, SAP, Analysis for Office, SAP Business Warehouse, or EVMS preferred
