AIM-9X Program Manager

This position is a key execution leader for the AIM-9X program, coordinating schedules, budgets, estimates at completion, and cost-account activities. The manager will oversee financial reporting, supplier and subcontractor performance, risk and opportunity planning, and preparation for internal leadership and customer reviews. The role works closely with execution and functional leaders to align strategy, communications, continuous improvement, and disciplined program delivery. It also requires maintaining effective relationships with customers, government representatives, suppliers, and senior stakeholders while guiding change and resolving issues. It is well suited to a seasoned aerospace or defense program manager who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in a fast-paced production or sustainment environment.
