This position is part of Raytheon’s Hardware Design Integrity organization within the Product Integrity function. The specialist conducts structured verification and validation of mechanical or electrical designs, checking technical documentation, models, electronic data, and design representations for integrity and alignment with program requirements. Mechanical work may involve machined, cast, or fabricated components, while electrical work can include circuit assemblies, printed wiring boards, schematics, and electronic bills of material. The role suits an experienced CAD or technical data professional who can interpret engineering standards, identify discrepancies, and collaborate across disciplines. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Tucson and hold or obtain the required U.S. government security clearance.
