The Program Quality Engineer II will serve as a quality leader within the SM-3 IIA missile production environment, working cross-functionally to identify process improvements and resolve quality issues. This role bridges quality assurance, engineering, and manufacturing by conducting root cause analyses, managing corrective actions, and implementing quality planning methodologies across production facilities. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM field with minimum 2 years quality, engineering, manufacturing, or operations experienceProficiency with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 quality management systemsKnowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologiesAbility to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and specificationsActive or ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredExperience with quality metrics development and long-term corrective action planning
