Hardware Validation Engineer II (Onsite)

As a Hardware Validation Engineer II, you'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive validation testing across firmware, software, mechanical, environmental, and electrical domains for Axon's safety and justice products. You'll develop detailed test procedures, incorporate statistical analysis, oversee test execution by technicians, and document results while supporting root cause analysis efforts. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management teams, making communication skills equally valuable as technical expertise.
