Senior Software Engineer I, Enterprise New Markets

This engineer will turn early healthcare product concepts into reliable systems that connect Axon’s platform with electronic health records, devices, and clinical workflows. They will partner with product, design, customers, and healthcare stakeholders to define solutions, test ideas, and develop scalable production software. The position includes building AI capabilities such as transcription and language-model features while promoting effective AI-assisted engineering practices. The successful candidate will guide cross-team technical delivery, review architecture and code, manage risks involving security and sensitive data, and mentor other engineers. It suits an experienced software engineer who is comfortable with ambiguity, complex cloud systems, healthcare interoperability, and influencing technical direction.
