Photolithography Process Engineer

As a Photolithography Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and improving semiconductor lithography processes in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You'll work to minimize scrap and rework costs, develop process control procedures, and implement Six-Sigma methodology to optimize production efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with equipment teams, device engineers, and manufacturing staff to enhance process stability, reduce variation, and maintain equipment reliability. This position suits someone with a strong semiconductor manufacturing background who combines technical expertise with leadership skills, as you'll be training technicians, leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, and supporting new equipment integration. Requirements

BS or MS degree in engineering or related fieldMore than 5 years of process engineering experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturingExperience with photolithography equipment (ASML Scanner, Canon Stepper, TEL ACT 8, Mark 7 track, KLA 8100 CDSEM, or Archers)Proficiency in Six-Sigma statistical methodology and SPCStrong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processesExperience leading cross-functional teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
