Test Architect - Standard Missile Development

This position supports the Standard Missile Chief Engineer organization by planning, coordinating, and improving system integration and test activities across hardware, software, and system domains. The engineer will help define test architectures, environments, requirements, metrics, and transition plans between development and production testing. The role involves regular collaboration with engineering leaders, program managers, technical experts, customers, and integrated product teams, as well as reporting test status and resolving emerging issues. It also includes applying model-based systems engineering, analyzing test performance, mentoring junior engineers, and potentially traveling domestically or internationally. This opportunity suits an experienced integration and test professional who can lead cross-functional efforts and hold an active Secret clearance while supporting defense systems that protect U.S. and allied forces.
