Sr. Program Planner I - Onsite

This onsite position belongs to Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization and supports program execution through disciplined planning and scheduling. The planner develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules, incorporates approved changes, evaluates critical paths and schedule risks, and prepares internal and contractual reporting. The role also contributes to cost and schedule integration, planning estimates, performance analysis, and mitigation strategies that help teams meet commitments. Success requires strong analytical judgment, stakeholder communication, and the ability to use scheduling and earned value tools as practical management resources. It is well suited to an experienced program scheduling or project management professional who can work onsite in Tucson and already holds an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experienceActive Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required before startingExperience creating and maintaining Integrated Master SchedulesExperience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open PlanExperience with Earned Value Management Systems or comparable processesAbility to perform critical path, schedule variance, trend, and risk analysis
