The Principal Specialist serves as a Risk & Opportunity Manager within RTX's Land and Air Defense Systems division, overseeing risk identification, analysis, and reporting across production and sustainment program lifecycles. This individual works within a matrixed team structure, collaborating with program managers, integrators, and product teams to implement best practices and drive predictable business outcomes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program management experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experienceDemonstrated expertise in risk and opportunity management processes with defense programsProficiency with program management tools including EVMS, EACs, IMP/IMS, and earned value managementActive U.S. Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship eligibilityStrong financial acumen including understanding of revenue recognition, profit management, and key business metricsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
