Project Manager

The position manages new product introductions, technology and IP development, product transfers, and cost-reduction initiatives for an onsemi business unit. It brings together engineering, manufacturing, finance, R&D, operations, and external stakeholders to define objectives, resolve obstacles, and deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets. The role also owns the roadmap for new product packaging technologies and monitors program performance, risks, costs, and business results. Success requires strong semiconductor and packaging expertise, financial awareness, analytical ability, and confidence working with senior leaders. It is well suited to an experienced project or program leader who can influence teams across organizational boundaries and adapt to changing business priorities.
